We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer who loves turning raw data into powerful insights that drive smarter decisions.

What you can expect to do as a Senior Data Engineer

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and products that deliver real business value

Architect and optimise data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes using cloud-based platforms

Automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and reduce errors

Collaborate with analysts, scientists, and governance teams to deliver integrated solutions

Deploy curated datasets into production for key business consumers

Monitor and support production data products, ensuring reliability and performance

Mentor team members and share best practices

What we look for in the experienced candidate :

Degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or related field

8+ years' experience in data engineering

Strong SQL and Python skills, with data modelling experience (Kimball, Data Vault 2)

Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Coalesce, and / or dbt

Knowledge of Kafka and modern DataOps principles

Ability to design and manage complex data pipelines

Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams

Financial services experience is a bonus
