Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality Media lessons across GCSE and A-Level

Support student progress through effective assessment and constructive feedback

Promote creativity, independence, and critical thinking in the classroom

Use industry-standard tools and media platforms to enhance learning

Work collaboratively with colleagues to support departmental success

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

Experience teaching Media Studies at secondary level – preferred

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the creative industries

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
