Receptionist - Palmerston North (Part time, 24 hours per week)

About the role :

We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team. This role is 24 hours per week and is based in a clinic with an established team. You will be working with another full-time Receptionist.

• Clinic operations : Take charge of managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Reception duties : Be the welcoming face of our clinics, handling all reception responsibilities.
• Diary management : Efficiently manage the clinic diary to ensure smooth scheduling and operations.
• Administrative tasks : Process insurance applications, government subsidies, and ACC claims.
• Data management : Run daily reports through our CRM system to keep everything on track.
• Technical skills : Perform in-house hearing aid repairs with full training provided.
• Community engagement : Participate in local marketing initiatives to promote our services.
