Bar Attendant / Barista

We are looking for 2 full time Bar Attendant / Baristas for JLM company limited T / as Oregano Restaurant and Bar at 5 / 30 Rauiri Drive, Marsden marina, Marsden Cove, One tree point.Role Overview

Hours 30 per week

To Prepare,mix and serve variety of drinks-both alcoholic and non alcoholic- as well as coffee beverages, while maintaining clean and efficient service areas and delivering friendly customer service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, bottled / canned beverages and coffee-based drinks(e.g lattes, cappucinos)

Clean and maintain bar and coffee prep areas; handle esspesso machine upkeep

Operate cash register systems and process payment accurately

Promote specials and product offerings

Wash glasseware; clean and organise bottles and display areas

Tap keg, handle supply lines and re stock refrigerators / displays.

Serve food and grind coffee as required

Qualification and experience

One year experience as Bar attandetant / Barista or relevent qualification

Familiarity with bevrage prepration and equipment maintenance

Stroong customer service and cash handling skills
