Builds strong, positive relationships with students, whanau, and colleagues
Demonstrates effective, reflective teaching practice aligned with the New Zealand Curriculum
Values inclusive education and student wellbeing
Is adaptable, creative, and a team player
Embraces te ao Maori and supports our school's bicultural values and localised curriculum.
Experience with PB4L, structured literacy and mathematics, and kapa haka will be an advantage, but a growth mindset and willingness to learn are most important.
