About the Role

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Permanent Relief Team(PRT).

This team provides support across all shift types, including days,afternoons, evenings, overnight (awake night shift), split shifts, andweekends.

In this role, you'll play a vitalpart in the lives of people with learning disabilities—supporting them witheveryday activities such as shopping, cooking, household tasks, personal care,and community participation.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with a genuine passion for supporting others, who bringsflexibility, compassion, and reliability to the role.

Ideally, you will have :

An NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 2(or equivalent), or at least one year of relevant experience

A full New Zealand driver's licence

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A positive and respectful approach to working withpeople with learning disabilities

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rates based on qualifications

An additional $2.00 per hour for awake night shifts(11 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am)

Ongoing training and development, including supportto complete NZ Certificates in Health and Wellbeing (Levels 2 and 3)

Fully funded First Aid training, plus Safe ManualHandling, Falls Prevention, and Dysphagia training
