Solace Salon is an environmentally conscious salon that provides clients with exceptional service using high quality products from brands such as Kerastase and Redken. We offer brand-specific training and ongoing paid education, with flexibility to attend training sessions or events to expand knowledge. There are opportunities to assist on photo shoots and fashion events to showcase talent.

Responsibilities

You will be a Senior Stylist qualified in all aspects of hairdressing. Your time will be spent working hands-on as a stylist, developing your clientele, and providing exceptional customer experiences. You should stay up to date with current trends and take pride in making people feel and look fantastic.

You will be working alongside a motivated, positive and supportive team and management who enjoy their work, share knowledge, and enjoy the laughs. The environment is calm and tranquil and there are opportunities to participate in events and shoots.

Qualifications

• Qualified, experienced stylist
• Experience in unisex hairstyling
• Target and goal driven
• Experience in customer service
• Great retail knowledge and an ability to sell products

Details

This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Tuesday to Saturday, with occasional late nights to support events. We are closed Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays and are situated close to public transport links. Applicants must have current eligibility to work in New Zealand.
