Floor Staff

The Role

This position really is your chance to shine! This fast paced role requires you to provide an absolutely outstanding experience to the tables within your designated area, by charming all our customers so that they have a beyond memorable experience. We love it when our customers come back for more, and their experience all begins with you!

Your responsibilities include :

• Introducing yourself to every customer and completing the selling system.
• Completing opening and closing systems for the floor.
• Assisting the sales manager when required.
• Ensuring the floor area and tables are immaculate and set up as per the floor plan.
• Follow all host responsibility systems.

We are looking for 4 part-time front of house superstars to work approximately 10 - 15 hours per week.

Skills / Experience

We are looking for an energetic, flexible and hard working candidate. You have some hospitality experience and are looking to take things to the next level. When starting out with us you will become and pro on the bar and / or floor and if willing and keen we will progress you into the management team and take you through all the training required.
