Role Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Hamilton office. This full‑time, on‑site role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, tracking account metrics, overseeing service delivery, and facilitating seamless collaboration between clients and ALH teams.
