Role Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Hamilton office. This full‑time, on‑site role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, tracking account metrics, overseeing service delivery, and facilitating seamless collaboration between clients and ALH teams.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Skills : Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage client accounts effectively.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Problem‑Solving and Organizational Skills : Ability to identify solutions, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Sales and Networking : Skills in identifying new business opportunities, conducting client outreach, and fostering professional networks.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools for account management.
• Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with recruitment or labor hire processes is a plus.
• Education and Experience : A degree in business, management, marketing, or related field, along with prior experience in an account management or similar role, is preferred.
