About the role
You will be responsible for conducting business analysis / discovery, understanding client requirements, redesigning business processes and managing all stakeholders to successfully deliver IDAM solutions that meet client expectations.
Duties
"Hit the ground running" to understand the broader context of the program and integrate with the project team
Engage with our customers to provide security solutions, recommendations, deliver enhancements and managed service for multiple engagements
Analyse and enhance existing IDAM processes to support complex use cases and ensure system efficiency
Define business requirements, functional specifications and design specifications
Conduct workshops with key client stakeholders, including commercial and technical units
Identify gaps to business requirements and propose alternatives and process change
Identify risks and issues with recommended mitigants, and manage these to resolution where appropriate
Propose and implement best practice IDAM processes and policies for clients
Skills & experience
A minimum of 3 years' experience in IT implementation projects, HR implementation and cloud services type of projects
Preferred : experience with market leading IdAM vendor products including CyberArk, Okta, IBM, SailPoint, Dell or Microsoft
Understanding of IDAM concepts, processes and policies will be highly regarded
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels
