Job descriptionFinal year students or recent graduates with a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science in civil, structural, or construction engineering. Exceptional technical skills coupled with strong analytical and numerical reasoning. A team-focused and goal-oriented approach. Desire to gain cross-functional experience. Creative problem-solving ability and flexibility in addressing challenges. Outstanding communication skills. Strong commitment to continuous learning. Funding for institution membership costs. Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Participate in a two-year graduate development program focused on innovation, personal growth, and achievement.
- Engage in a personalised orientation and be paired with a dedicated mentor and local support buddy.
- Work within dynamic, collaborative teams on challenging engineering projects.
- Attend professional development masterclasses, technical boost sessions, and micro skills application sessions.
- Take part in optional rotations tailored to individual needs and gain exposure to site visits and client meetings.
- Develop technical writing and presentation skills and track continuing professional development (CPD).
- Showcase innovation and personal growth through a second-year innovation challenge.
- Strive for recognition through the Spirit of Excellence Award for outstanding performance.
