Graduate - Junior Resource Management Lawyer (Start Asap)

Join Anderson Lloyd as a Junior Resource Management Lawyer, working on diverse environmental and planning legal matters in a supportive team.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing :

Work within one of New Zealand's leading Environment, Planning and Resource Management practices

Collaborate with Partners Sarah Eveleigh, Alex Booker, Ben Williams, and Jo Appleyard in the Otautahi office

Handle a wide variety of matters including large-scale urban, commercial and renewable energy infrastructure developments

Engage in coastal, climate and environmental litigation

Work on freshwater and nutrient management issues

Participate in iwi engagement and strategy

Support agribusiness and forestry projects

Contribute to aquaculture and marine farming matters

Assist with green and other mineral mining cases

Involve in regional and district planning processes

About You

The company is looking for :

Recent Bachelor of Laws graduates or candidates with 1–3 years' post-qualification relevant experience

Ambitious individuals with excellent academic qualifications

Confident client engagement skills

Exceptional self-awareness and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to build strong, influential relationships based on trust

Highly responsive, organised, and capable managing a wide variety of tasks
