• Lead and deliver geotechnical assessments across a broad range of sectors; infrastructure, land development, mining and civil works.
• Prepare and review high-quality reports, designs, and geotechnical models
• Provide technical input across all stages of project delivery, from scoping to execution
• Work closely with geotechnical engineers, geologists, geophysicists, and technicians to deliver integrated solutions
• Mentor junior staff and support their professional development
• Build strong relationships with clients and help identify new business opportunities
• Support health & safety, quality, and project delivery best practices across the business
