Retail & Catering Assistant (Cafe) -ESS Devonport x 2

About the role and who we are looking for :

We are looking for multiple enthusiastic  Permanent Part- Time   Retail & Catering Assistants  to work at our cafe at NZDF-Devonport. Working at least 16 hours per week, hours will be rostered on a weekly basis.

The great things you'll do :

• basic food preparation and presentation,
• front of house,
• bar work,
• barista work,
• cash handling and Eftpos,
• providing superb customer service,
• assisting with general cleaning and café duties.

What we are looking for :

If you're our ideal candidate you will be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude. Ideally you will already have some experience working in a similar position and hold a food safety certificates (Unit Standard 167 & 168), or be happy to train for one.

You will need to have the ability to work independently and confidently but, most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
