Job Description

Chemist Warehouse Highland Park is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full‑Time Retail Manager!

Job Responsibilities

• Managing the day‑to‑day retail operations of the store
• Supervising and coordinating retail pharmacy staff and staffing activities
• Building and maintaining customer rapport and loyalty
• Improving the efficiency of store processes and procedures
• Addressing customer complaints as required
• Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
• Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed and enforced
• Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
