Job descriptionMinimum 3 years' experience in FMCG or a related field, with strong commercial acumen. Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of P&L, retail operations, and customer needs. Computer literacy with Salesforce, Power BI, and other business tools. Current driver's license (restricted or full) and a customer-focused mindset. The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to join our Retail Field team in Auckland.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products are always on shelf, building strong relationships with our Retail partners, and driving growth across your territory.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role for someone ready to make an impact and grow their career in FMCG.
What You Will Do
- Execute the Field Plan within your territory, ensuring product compliance, visibility, and availability across Retail stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers, store management, and the wider GF team.
- Drive growth through discretionary activity, non-core ranging opportunities, and promotional initiatives.
- Manage in-store ordering, returns, and reporting using Salesforce and other systems.
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and provide insights to support Retail strategy.
- Champion health, safety, and wellbeing in-store and within your team.
