About the Role...

We’re on the lookout for a strategic and passionate Senior Product Manager – Equipment to join our Product team, based at the NZ Support Office. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the vision and strategy of Kathmandu’s hardgoods range—driving innovation, consumer connection, and commercial success across New Zealand and Australia.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to shelf, manage the full lifecycle, and mentor junior product managers—all while keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.

• Define and deliver long-term product strategies and seasonal line plans for hardgoods.
• Align product roadmaps with brand goals, market trends, and consumer insights.
• Identify growth opportunities through competitive analysis and user feedback.
