Te kaupapa o te turanga - The purpose of the role

The purpose of the role is to support the Gardening team by providing friendly, helpful customer service and assisting customers with all their gardening needs.

Hours of work

Sunday and Monday - 11am - 2pm

As a critical member of our Gardening team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and assisting customers with all their gardening needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

If you're excited about the prospect of building a career in the retail industry and becoming an expert in all things gardening, we would love to hear from you.

Retail experience is preferred but optional - what we're looking for is someone with a genuine love for plants and gardening and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.

Having experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial, but it's not essential.

Good communication skills are essential, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn is a must.

Additionally, you should be comfortable standing for long periods.
