Estimator

Overview

ConsultANZ is seeking an Estimator to join a well-established contractor in Hamilton, delivering major design & build water infrastructure projects, including upcoming Wastewater Treatment Works tenders.

This role offers exposure to multi-disciplinary projects (mechanical, electrical, and civil) and the opportunity to play a key part in shaping successful bids.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates using in-house first principle estimating tools with built-in production rates.
• Compile and present bid documentation to clients.
• Develop construction methodologies where required.
• Create tender programs using MS Project.
• Manage and complete RFI templates (minimal bid writing involved).
• Support tender close-out, including Risk & Opportunity assessments and management reviews.
