Customer Tribe Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Leader to play a pivotal role leading our Customer Tribe and transformation of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ecosystem. This role will be reporting into our Core Banking Transformation Executive and will define the strategic direction and roadmap for the Customer Tribe, ensuring alignment with ASB's overarching strategies. You will be accountable for delivering the tribe business outcomes, which include the strategic modernisation of ASB's CRM (to Salesforce) and related systems, workflow and automation technologies and lead cross-functional Squads to deliver exceptional experiences and drive business value. All whilst managing the end-to-end value chain with a lens on risk, compliance and cost.

This role will require collaboration with bank wide teams and leaders in order to sequence key deliverables and ensure smooth and timely execution as part of our wider transformation agenda.

You will identify opportunities to improve, challenge and innovate across the ASB eco-system, through knowledge share on best practice and proactively seeking group and external insights. The role will sit on the Technology and Transformation Leadership Team and play an active role in leadership of the division.

In order to succeed in this role, you will have maturity as a cross functional leader at a senior level, with tenured exposure to business strategy, product management and customer value realisation. You will have experience in technology delivery built from a strong foundational understanding of technology architecture and systems.

You should be solution focused with confidence in your decision making, be able to take complex information and translate this into business language such as roadmaps, outcomes and to make trade-off decisions. You will bring previous experience working across multiple stakeholders and teams with a proven ability to influence where necessary.
