As our Assistant Manager you will work alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing an exceptional service experience for each of our Just Jeans customer.

You will also have : Ability to work in a fast paced environmentStrong leadership and good communication skillsPrevious management experience, preferably in retailAbility to motivate the team and drive brand standardsAbility to achieve sales, wages, KPI's & stock loss targetsWHY JUST JEANS?
