I.T. Generation is seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Network Engineer (CCNA Certified) to join our growing team supporting enterprise-level infrastructure in the East of Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of routers, switches, and firewalls.

Provide Level 1 network support and upscale complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.

Monitor network health and performance, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks.

Support troubleshooting of connectivity, LAN / WAN, and wireless network issues.

Document network diagrams, configuration changes, and maintenance records.

Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and patch management activities.

Ensure adherence to company network policies, standards, and ITIL procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and service delivery projects.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or related field.

Valid CCNA certification (mandatory).

1–2 years of relevant experience in network support, operations, or IT infrastructure.

Good understanding of TCP / IP, routing, switching, and network protocols.

Exposure to Cisco environments and network monitoring tools is advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and communication.
