Employment Type : Full-time contract role for 6 months

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of economic and social development programmes.
- Drive joint ventures and initiatives that support business growth, employment, and investment.
- Align Council strategies with long‑term community outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, stakeholders, and agencies.
- Provide insights and reporting to support executive and governance decision‑making.
- Champion Maaori aspirations and community resilience through inclusive development.
- Collaborate with economic and social agencies to achieve shared goals.
