It's the kind of workplace where once you join, you'll want to stay for years.The Role : This hands-on position plays an important part in the Sampling Department, coordinating the process of delivering product samples to clients.We are seeking an upbeat, process-driven individual with initiative, excellent time management, and the confidence to take ownership of this fast-paced role.
You'll be joining a dedicated and friendly team who work hard, support each other, and have fun along the way.Duties : Pick, pack, and dispatch sample cuttingsManage incoming calls from the sales team and clients, and arrange samples to be sent via courier or postProvide showroom support during staff breaks or absencesOrder stock from the warehouse to fulfil online requests and replenish sample cubbiesLiaise with Australia to order cuttings as requiredManage FedEx shipments and coordinate international courier servicesTrack and trace undelivered parcelsOrder courier bags and tickets for showrooms and the sampling departmentProcess dispatch notes for outbound samplesAction daily email cutting requests and weekly showroom requestsMaintain stock levels and ensure cubbies are up to dateConduct stocktakes when requiredUpdate the CRM system when sending samples for Commercial repsSend price lists and catalogues to clientsProvide general support to the Sampling teamAbout you : Highly organised, reliable, with a strong "can-do" attitudeA genuine team player with a positive outlookWell-presented with excellent customer service skillsProfessional, mature, and hardworkingComfortable working in a busy, multi-tasking environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quicklyPhysically capable of some assisted heavy liftingPrevious experience in textiles, logistics, production, or customer service would be an advantageHours : Mon- Friday – 8 : 30am- 5pm.Rewards : Competitive pay : $28 – $30 per hour (depending on experience)Convenient North Shore location with plenty of parkingJoin a highly regarded employer with a fantastic workplace culture
