As the Policy Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity and effectiveness of our organisation's policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Reporting directly to the General Manager CEO Office, you'll partner with business process owners across all YOBD entities, including Westland Milk Products, Oceania Dairy, Canary Foods, Pure Nutrition, and EasiYo.
You'll oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our policy suite, ensuring compliance with New Zealand law and alignment with Yili HQ's global standards.
Your work will involve leading cross-functional collaboration, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and driving continuous improvement.
You'll be the key liaison for policy alignment, supporting operational consistency and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
A bit about you
You are someone with several years' proven experience in policy management, compliance, or governance within a corporate environment.
You bring a strong understanding of New Zealand law and regulatory frameworks, and you're known for your ability to develop, implement, and review formal policies and procedures.
Your communication and stakeholder engagement skills are exceptional, and you thrive in environments where cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning are valued.
Experience working with multinational organisations and reporting to overseas headquarters will help you succeed in this role.
