The Change Manager plays a pivotal role in this transformation on key projects, ensuring our teams understand, adopt and sustain new ways of working so that the benefits of change are fully realised.You'll work closely with project managers, sponsors and business leaders to design and implement practical, people-focused change strategies across key projects.
This role is not just about frameworks — it's about creating real, measurable impact through readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption support.You'll also help embed change management practices within our EPMO, developing organisational capability and consistency in how we deliver change across Farmlands.This is a 12-month fixed-term role, offering a rare opportunity to influence transformation at the heart of New Zealand's largest farming co-operative.Mohou ake | About youYou'll bring a blend of strategic insight and hands-on delivery.
