Job Scope

Business Development & Market Strategy

Find and secure new catering business from schools, corporates, campuses, and events.

Project Execution & Contract Management

Lead pre-launch planning and manage projects from feasibility to handover.

Create pricing models, cost analyses, and SOPs to support scalable operations.

Prepare tenders, proposals, and contracts, including negotiating terms.

Work with various departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and transitioned smoothly to operations.

Performance Oversight & Continuous Improvement

Monitor post-launch performance and take action to protect profitability.

Support operational and financial goals with strategic guidance.

Help develop KPIs, reporting tools, and performance tracking.

Identify ways to improve operations, boost efficiency, and increase profits.

Additional Information

Minimum 3–7 years of experience in business development or commercial management within the F&B sector.

Possess strong commercial acumen, including expertise in pricing strategies, cost modeling, and P&L management.

Well-versed in F&B operations, kitchen processes, and supply chain management.

Skilled in project management with the ability to handle multiple tenders and launches concurrently.
