You'll be part of crafting the culture, systems, and guest experience — with plenty of room to make your mark.What You'll Do : Lead the Way : Recruit, train, and inspire a team of enthusiastic hospitality professionals who care deeply about quality and connection.Build the Foundations : Set up our systems, from POS and bookings to service flow and kitchen coordination.Create Memorable Moments : Ensure every guest feels welcome, relaxed, and delighted — every time.Run the Show : Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and keep the Bistro running smoothly.Plan for the Seasons : Adjust staffing and menus to reflect seasonal produce and changing guest needs.Drive the Numbers : Monitor sales, manage costs, and work closely with our GM to achieve financial goals.Keep It Safe : Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment for both guests and staff.Who You Are : You've got 3–4+ years of experience in a senior hospitality role — preferably in a bistro or casual dining environment.You're excited by the idea of a start-up, where you can help build something from scratch and grow with it.You're a natural leader, able to motivate and manage a diverse team.You bring strong customer service skills and genuinely love making people feel at home.You've got financial savvy, with experience managing budgets and costs.You're comfortable with POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.You're flexible and happy to work across a 7-day operation, with a solid understanding of seasonal business.Above all, you're passionate about great food, amazing olive oil, and authentic hospitality.Why Join Us?
