Saint Kentigern College is seeking a dynamic and experienced educator to lead our outdoor education programme – a cornerstone of our curriculum that extends learning beyond the classroom and builds confidence, leadership, and resilience in our students.

Reporting to the head of faculty – physical education and health, this role provides both strategic and operational leadership across the College's outdoor education and EOTC programmes.

You will lead an innovative, high-quality curriculum that engages students in meaningful outdoor experiences while ensuring safety, sustainability, and excellence in delivery.

We are looking for a passionate educator who :

Has proven leadership experience in outdoor education or EOTC programmes.

Understands Health & Safety, RAMS, and risk management.

Brings creativity, collaboration, and a student-centred approach to learning.

Holds a relevant teaching qualification and current teacher registration.
