Job descriptionMehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position Sie sind im Besitz eines 1. Kids Club Attendant (80-100%)
Ihr Aufgabenbereich
- Führung von eigenen Schichten und deren Organisation in unserem Kids Club, welcher während sieben Tagen in der Woche geöffnet ist
- Betreuung von Kindern zwischen 3 und 12 Jahren
- Durchführung von Kinderevents und Workshops
- Mithilfe und Ausführung des Wochenprogramms in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
- Professionelle und bedürfnisorientierte Betreuung der Kinder von Hotelgästen, Mitarbeitenden sowie Kindern aus der Region
- Koordination der täglich anfallenden Aufgaben mit dem Kids Club Team
- Sie sind hauptverantwortliche Ansprechperson für unsere kleinen Gäste und deren Eltern
- Ziel- und lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Teams sowie mit den anderen Abteilungen des Hotels
- Verantwortung für Hygiene, Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Kids Club
