You are passionate and committed to our present and future success in the ever-evolving world of work.Key Responsibilities : Represent the company in selling equipment within a designated geographic area.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits across all saleable equipment.Implement and maintain regular call cycles within your territory.Monitor competitor activity and promptly communicate findings to management.Maintain comprehensive customer information for your territory to support effective sales management.Follow a defined sales process.Achieve sales objectives, including market share targets, as set by Brandt.Maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment.Assist with the preparation and execution of customer events.Conduct field demonstrations of new equipment.Monitor trends in customer business activity.Stay informed about available financing options to assist customers with their purchases.Attend relevant training events and seminars.Provide required sales reports to management.Accurately assess used equipment values for trade-in purposes.What We're Looking For : Sales industry experience, with a knowledge of heavy equipment, is an advantage.Strong customer service focus.Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven.Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.Ability to build strong relationships and develop new accounts.Ability to travel internationally; a valid passport is required (or must be able to obtain one).
