Join OPSM as a Part Time Retail Associate

We are currently looking for a Part Time Retail Associate to join our team in New Plymouth for 32 hours per week.

Expected shifts will be 6pm-9pm on Thursday evenings, and 12pm-3pm on Sundays.

There may be scope for additional hours to cover leave or sickness depending on business needs.

No optical experience is required – we provide world-class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

Your Responsibilities

Meeting and greeting customers and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Processing specialised orders for our customers.

Driving sales through providing customers with informative knowledge on our luxury and cutting-edge products.

Contributing to a positive and fun team culture.

About You

Previous retail, sales or customer service experience.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
