Credit Controller

OverviewTake responsibility for ensuring timely loan repayments, minimising financial risk, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will be handling one portfolio, working closely alongside the Branch Manager, so a proven track record with credit control is highly desired.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for : Experience in Collections / Credit controlA clear understanding of Lending banks procedures and policiesHave a high attention to detail and negotiation skillsFantastic communication and interpersonal skills, a knack for customer serviceSome dutiesOversee borrower accounts and ensure timely repaymentsPursue overdue payments and negotiate repayment termsVerify and reconcile loan payments, addressing any discrepanciesEnsure adherence to lending regulations and company policiesHandle customer inquiries and resolve payment disputesGenerate and maintain reports on credit and collection activitiesAbout the companyJoin a well-established Lending organisation recognised nationwide.
