We are on the lookout for a high performing superstar to join our vocational team as a Care Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in helping people return to work under an innovative musculoskeletal programme which is revolutionising the care that people receive across New Zealand.
Careway is an ACC funded Integrated Care musculoskeletal (ICPMSK) programme that provides New Zealanders with knee, shoulder or spine injuries, with better access to great healthcare services free of charge.
About the role
This is a permanent full‑time position based in our Mt Eden office with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. You will be reporting to one of our Team Leaders and the core activities include coordinating patient care and return‑to‑work services, liaising with providers and patients to achieve the best possible outcome for the patient. Training on all aspects of the role will be provided.
