Beauty Advisor

We are looking for a General Beauty Advisor to join our Christchurch Team. You must possess strong communication skills, enabling you to approach customers in-store & via telephone in a confident, friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding customer experience.  You must also have a genuine interest in current beauty trends and pop culture, with the motivation to up-skill on new product knowledge, reviews, and launches.

This is an opportunity to showcase your talent, from advising correct use and retailing our consigned skincare beauty products. You will be controlling the section and the products in the department.

This role is varied and enables you to work across all our prestigious brands and will require you to :

• Create and build a clientele where you will be their trusted Adviser
• Provide personalised consultations and expert advice on makeup, skincare, and other beauty products
• Conduct beauty demonstrations, including makeup application and skincare routines
• Be confident in applying products, recommending products, and closing sales
• Perform post-sale marketing
• Demonstrate teamwork and build a sales portfolio
• Share your passion for all our Brands and all their exciting offerings.

This is a full-time permanent role with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours and a maximum of 40 hours of work per week at an hourly rate of $28.00 to $30.00.
