Maintenance Supervisor (Full Time)

Behind the scenes, our Facilities Services team plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly.We're on the lookout for a hands-on and people-focused Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Facilities Officer team in delivering high-quality maintenance services across SkyCity Auckland.

Reporting to the Engineering Services Senior Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our infrastructure and surrounding areas meet the expectations of a world-class entertainment destination.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 6am to 2 : 30pm, with occasional after-hours and weekend work.

You'll also be expected to support your team with advice outside of regular hours.Mou | About YouYou'll bring : A solid trade or maintenance background, with at least 3 years' experience in a supervisory role.Proven leadership skills and experience managing rosters, performance, and team development.Strong customer service focus and ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.Familiarity with maintenance schedules, job creation and management, and quality assurance inspections.Experience with health and safety reporting (DONESAFE), stocktake and replenishment, and SOP development.Ideally, you've completed a leadership training programme and are confident managing compliance and operational procedures.As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll : Lead a team of 10 Facilities Officers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality service.Ensure maintenance tasks are prioritised and completed efficiently, with minimal disruption to business operations.Champion health and safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction across all areas of responsibility.Contribute to long-term maintenance planning and support business continuity through proactive service delivery.At SkyCity, we believe in looking after our people.
