Looking for a rewarding job that doesn't require formal qualifications? Join us as a Support Worker and get paid while you learn! In this role, you'll help people develop their independence and daily living skills. This could involve :

• Assisting with public transportation, employment, finances, and meal preparation.
• Helping with personal needs like shopping, cleaning, showering, and medication administration.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

You don't need any experience in the health and disability sector—just a strong desire to help others and a positive attitude. We'll provide full training and orientation for those who are keen to learn.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepovers.
• Basic computer skills for daily tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical fitness to provide necessary support.
• A Full NZ driver's license.

Nōu te rourou | What's in it for you?

• 23.84 - $29.10 per hour depending on relevant qualifications, with the ability to earn more as you gain qualifications.
