Kaimak is a cozy Turkish café nestled in the heart of Johnsonville, Wellington. We are looking for an enthusiastic Café Manager to join our vibrant team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering 40 hours per week.
As a Café Manager specialising in traditional Turkish cuisine, you will be responsible for :
- Oversee daily café operations, including front-of-house and kitchen coordination
- Manage staff rosters, training, and performance
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor costs and assist with budgeting and sales targets
