Overview
Thematic is a fully remote fast growing SaaS company with staff in New Zealand and the US. Thematic uses AI to analyze customer feedback to tell companies how they can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Our customers include brands you know such as DoorDash, Jetstar, Google and Electronic Arts.
We are looking for talented developers to help build Thematic across our tech stack. We value people who fit anywhere along the visual design → frontend → backend → infrastructure spectrum and will help build out our team. This role focuses on backend and infrastructure.
What you might be responsible for
- Implementing and maintaining Thematic\'s product and the infrastructure it runs on
- Ensuring monitoring is in place to diagnose issues and keep systems running
- Ensuring automated testing and CI / CD helps us ship safely and efficiently
- Validating and iterating on projects to deliver value to users and customers
- Collaborating closely with teammates to achieve team and company goals
- Helping decide on technical and product roadmaps and balancing the two
- Working with colleagues across Thematic (marketing & customer success) to deliver value to customers
What we are looking for
