Job descriptionper hour, plus monthly performance and quarterly bonus opportunities Generous staff discounts across multiple brands Career growth and leadership development within a well-established NZ retail business Lead and develop a motivated team of 8 Be part of a supportive, high-performing, and fun store culture Flexible roster : Sunday – Thursday, hours per week (work-life balance negotiable) The Role : Take charge of daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all areas Oversee sales performance and work with the team to achieve targets Coach, mentor, and develop your team to reach their full potential Monitor KPIs and store performance metrics, implementing strategies to drive results Maintain operational excellence, including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance Support the Store Manager in planning and executing store initiatives, promotions, and events About You : Previous retail management experience, ideally in fashion or fast-paced environments Confident, direct, and inspiring leader Passionate about developing others and celebrating team success Thrives in a fast-moving, challenging, results-driven environment About the Company : This well-established New Zealand fashion retailer is known for delivering quality fashion and exceptional customer experiences.
