Are you detail-driven and passionate about property data?

Join our dynamic Finance and Planningteam as a Property Information Officer and play a key role in supporting informed decision-making across our district.

In this full-time, permanent position, you’ll be responsible for researching, coordinating, processing, and issuing Land Information Memorandum (LIM) reports. Your work will ensure the delivery of accurate and reliable technical information in accordance with the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.

• Dive into Council archives to uncover and interpret historical and current records.
• Investigate land and property details, analysing data to build a clear picture of ownership, usage and development.
• Ensure data accuracy by validating information and maintaining high standards of integrity.
• Collaborate across teams, working with various Council departments to gather and share essential insights.
• Champion compliance, making sure all work aligns with relevant legislation, Council policies and procedures.
• An understanding of requirements for LIM reports and / or knowledge of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
• Ability to read building plans.
• Proven research and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of local government preferable.
