This is a full-time work-from-home role based in Auckland, New Zealand. You\'ll be the sole Business Development Manager covering the region, so applications will only be considered from candidates currently residing in New Zealand.

The Position
As the National Business Development Manager, you will meet with potential customers, leverage partner and provider relationships, work closely with industry bodies and provide valuable advice and solutions to your market.
Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales activity goalsIdentify and qualify leads using a strategic, consultative sales approachProactively prospect daily to uncover and drive new business opportunitiesDeliver compelling product demos and lead value-driven client conversationsDevelop strong industry relationships and represent the business at key eventsMaintain an accurate, high-quality Salesforce pipeline and provide weekly activity updatesOffer actionable market and competitor insights to support ongoing strategyStay informed on regional legislation and share relevant updates with the teamThe Person
Consistent top-performer with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsMUST be a hunter and closer!3+ years\' experience in tech sales or driving growth within the property management sectorBackground in SaaS or PropTech sales highly regardedReal estate and property management knowledge considered a strong advantageExpert prospector and networker, confident in building strong pipelinesSelf-motivated and independent, with the ability to align closely with business goalsCustomer-first mindset with a passion for building trusted, long-term partnershipsOpen to travel as needed to support growth and relationship developmentThis role has been exclusively assigned to P3 Recruitment.
