Job Title- Restaurant Manager
Pay rate- $30- $35 per hour
32- 40 hours weekly
We are looking for an enthusiastic restaurant manager to lead our restaurant and help us maintain the highest standards of service and operational excellence. Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficient service, cleanliness and high- quality food delivery.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Ensure that all food and beverage offerings are consistently presented to the highest standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage the ordering of supplies to ensure the restaurant is fully stocked.
- Manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring an optimal flow of guests during peak times.
- Ensure that menu items are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that the restaurant is a welcoming, clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
- Collaborate with chefs to plan and finalise the menu effectively.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism, resolving ssues promptly and efficiently.
2 Years of work experience OR Level 4 OR Higher qualification
