• Health Services Northland Region Corrections Faciliy are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, committed individual who is capable of working in a wide range of office administration activities. The prime responsibilities of this role are, to ensure accurate medical information is recorded and maintained, while supporting the team with day-to-day administration duties, including reception, internal and external schedules and appointments, travel bookings and database management.This is a rewarding and challenging position within an environment that will stretch your skills and offer you ongoing support.

• Our ideal candidate will have :
• A sound working knowledge of computerised systems and keyboard skills
• Experience using Medtec and Microsoft Officer products such as Word and Excel
• Knowledge or understanding of working with SAP
• An ability to develop and improve efficiencies
• High level customer service skills
• Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written
• Experience as a Healthcare Assistant would be greatly beneficial
• Familiarity with health systems and medical terminology would be advantageousIf you are a team player with the ability to identify and resolve problems whilst maintaining patient confidentiality, this will be the key to outstanding delivery.Applicants must be a New Zealand citizen, New Zealand Resident Permit holder, Australian citizen or an Australian resident who holds a current Australian Resident Return Visa.

• The salary steps for this position are $64,717 & $68,434 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
