About the role | Mo te tunga : Permanent and fixed term position available What is the role of a Programme Coordinator at MSD?
The Programme Coordinator is a critical role that connects MSD clients with MSD's employment-related programmes and services.
Our high-performing PC team are responsible for sourcing and managing client referrals from our frontline teams to get the right people into our programmes.
This involves : Marketing our programme opportunities to our front-line teams using a variety of approaches : via presentations, face to face, our online portal and internal website and flyers Managing the client referral system, monitoring referrals and troubleshooting to make sure programmes are full.
Liaising with programme providers and contributing to proactive relationship management.
Monitoring programme performance and advising the Regional Contract Manager about potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
It's a role that makes a real difference for people.
