Overview

Our client, BDO Northland, is seeking a Senior Accountant (Business Advisory Services) to join their team in Whangarei. This role offers an opportunity to work with clients to plan for sustainable business growth, identify key business issues, and create effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review work of BAS team members
• Work closely with clients to identify business issues and create plans for sustainable growth; report directly to BAS Directors
• Prepare financial statements and management accounts
• Liaise with clients and prepare detailed management reports or letters
• Identify key reporting indicators and interpretations
• Prepare budgets, cash flows, and source and application of funds reports
• Understand the entity\'s tax profile and strategy, identifying tax planning opportunities
