We're seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in our Wellington, FL office.
This is a dynamic opportunity for a mid-level civil engineer with 5–10 years of experience in land development and site permitting who wants to grow in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and prepare construction drawings, stormwater management calculations, technical details, and permitting packages
Project management responsibilities, including coordination with clients, municipalities, and internal teams
Prepare contract documents, including plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates
Conduct occasional site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance
Assist with regulatory submissions and ensure adherence to applicable codes and regulations
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.S.C.E.)
Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) License or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with MicroStation and / or AutoCAD
Familiarity with hydraulic modeling tools such as HEC-RAS and adICPR
Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Experience in municipal permitting processes and dealing with regulatory agencies
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
