Senior Civil Engineer

They specialise in residential, commercial, and industrial land development, providing expertise from feasibility and planning through to detailed design and construction support.

Their work spans infrastructure design, stormwater management, earthworks, and utilities for councils, developers and community organisations.The roleYou'll be involved in a wide variety of projects – from large-scale residential subdivisions across the Bay of Plenty, to specialist marine works such as wharfs, boat ramps, and jetties.

As a senior member of the team, you'll be leading designs, mentoring junior engineers, and working closely with clients and contractors to deliver projects that stand the test of time.What We're Looking ForA qualified Civil Engineer with solid experience in land development and / or infrastructure.CPEng is a bonus, but not essential – what matters is your technical know-how and ability to deliver.Strong technical design skills, ideally with hands-on experience using Civil 3DSomeone who's confident managing projects end-to-end, from feasibility through to construction support.A team player who can collaborate with surveyors, planners, and contractors while also stepping up to guide junior engineers.What's in it for you?
