• The Role

We are seeking a skilled Associate with expertise in complex trust matters and a strong interest in Trust, Property, Estate, and Family law.

You will be an integral part of a well-established Private Client team, working closely with senior leaders and collaborating with experienced colleagues across a busy and growing practice.

Advising personal and business clients on complex trust matters

Providing tailored advice in Trust, Property, and Estate law

Assisting clients with robust asset protection and succession planning

Developing and managing your own client base

Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers

Contributing to team strategy, marketing initiatives, and business development

4–5+ years' PQE with significant trust law experience

Comprehensive knowledge of trust structures, property, and estate matters

Strong understanding of current trust legislation

Excellent client service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships

Strong written, analytical, and communication skills

Collaborative and supportive approach to leadership

Full-time preferred (5 days per week), though 4 days may be considered for the right candidate
