Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts.

Papanui High School has an exciting opportunity for a full‑time LSC commencing 2026. The position requires experience, a strong understanding of curriculum, culturally responsive practice and knowledge of how students learn. You will be working as part of a dynamic team including another full‑time LSC, experienced learning assistants and an inclusive and supportive staff.

The ability to work collaboratively with others to enhance teaching and learning programmes as well as supporting staff to reflect and examine their teaching practice would be advantageous. Recent teaching experience in a mainstream classroom would also be beneficial.

The terms and conditions, including base salary for this position, are set by the Secondary Teachers' Collective Agreement.
